About the service
CyberShield JA (cybershieldja.com) is operated by Joel Nelson in Jamaica. It helps people check phone numbers, accounts, websites and other indicators before paying, and to report suspected scams. Contact: support@cybershieldja.com.
Not a guarantee
CyberShield JA provides information and risk context, not guarantees. “No known reports” does not mean a person, business or account is safe. Community reports are allegations reviewed for publication, not legal findings. The service is not an emergency service; contact the police or your bank immediately if you have lost money.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password and authentication codes private, and tell us if you believe your account has been misused. Administrator and moderator accounts must use multi-factor authentication.
Reporting rules
Only submit reports you honestly believe are accurate. Do not submit knowingly false, malicious or retaliatory reports, and do not include unnecessary personal information about others. We may review, decline, edit for privacy or remove reports, and we decide what is published.
Responsible use
Only check email accounts you control. Do not use the service to harass anyone, scrape or bulk-query data, probe private networks, expose others’ secrets or evade access controls.
Independence
Money never affects results. No payment, sponsorship or relationship can buy a safer result, suppress a legitimate report or influence moderation.
Corrections
If you believe published information about you is inaccurate, contact support@cybershieldja.com with details. We will review the request and correct or remove information where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
Results may be incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm payment requests independently. To the extent permitted by law, CyberShield JA is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the service.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
