How CyberShield works.
Search Before You Pay. Understand what a result can tell you, then take a practical next step.
Search Before You Pay
Enter a number, social account, website, email or store. Public search uses reviewed information. No Known Reports is not a guarantee of safety. Choose the correct platform for a social handle and check the exact identifier; similar names can belong to different accounts.
Report for free
Verified account holders and guests can submit a free report and private evidence for moderation; guest submissions pass an automated anti-abuse check. Public results do not expose raw narratives, reporter identities or private evidence images.
Understand the status
Reports Found means reviewed allegations are available. Elevated Concern reflects multiple independently reviewed sources. A connection between indicators is not proof of wrongdoing. Verified Malicious Indicator requires a separate review with two distinct reviewers attesting supporting evidence and the exact indicator match. Report volume alone cannot create that finding. These labels are not legal findings.
Payment does not change a warning
Basic warnings, reporting and evidence submission remain free. Payment cannot change risk scores, buy verification or remove negative findings. Paid plans are not available yet.
CyberShield Watch
Eligible accounts can watch indicators for meaningful changes in reviewed information. Watch alerts appear in the app. External email, SMS and push alert delivery are not active. Personal history and watchlists are not shared through family or business membership.
Check a link
Link reputation checks depend on an available, configured provider. When a check runs, the submitted URL is sent to the reputation provider; our server does not visit the suspicious page. Do not submit links containing private access tokens or personal details. An unavailable check is not a clean result, and no known threat match is not a safety guarantee.
Check a password
The password checker hashes the entered password in your browser and sends the first five hash characters to HIBP Pwned Passwords. Matching happens in your browser. The check depends on that service responding; a failed check cannot establish whether the password has appeared in a breach.
Check a message
Message checks use local rules and matching against moderated public intelligence to highlight warning signs. This message-checking flow does not use external AI or URL reputation lookups. Link reputation checks are available through the separate link checker when its provider is available. No match is not a guarantee of safety. OCR and automated screenshot analysis are currently unavailable. A screenshot submitted as private report evidence is for review and is a separate feature.
Check email exposure
Email exposure checks require verification of the email address and an available, configured breach-data provider. Historical findings do not establish current compromise, and an unavailable check is not evidence that an address is clear.
Take the next step
If money or an account is at risk, contact the financial institution or affected provider through an independently verified channel. Recovery guidance cannot guarantee recovery of money or account access. CyberShield JA is not an emergency service.
