Report a Scam: what to expect.

Share information privately. Reporting and evidence submission remain free.

1. Submit what happened

Use the report form as a guest or with a verified account. Describe the incident and relevant identifiers; do not include passwords, one-time codes, PINs or full card details.

2. Private report and evidence

Your raw narrative and uploaded evidence are for authorized review. Ordinary screenshot evidence is separate from automated screenshot analysis, which remains unavailable.

3. Moderation and review

A report is an allegation. Reviewers assess the information before any limited public intelligence is published. Report volume alone does not establish verified malicious activity.

4. Public-safe information where appropriate

Approved, limited intelligence may inform later searches. Submission does not automatically publish an accusation. Payment cannot buy verification, suppress a warning or influence moderation, publication, dispute handling or search prominence.

Use appropriate official channels too

A CyberShield community report does not replace notifying your financial institution, law enforcement, a regulator or a consumer-protection body where appropriate. Find their current channels independently. CyberShield is not an emergency service and cannot guarantee recovery.
