Start with the information you have
Search a phone or WhatsApp number, social account, website, email, merchant name or payment identifier. Check that the result matches the exact account or identifier you mean. Similar names can belong to different people or businesses.

A report is an allegation, not an established fact. Moderation decides what can contribute to public intelligence. Connections between indicators and repeated reports do not by themselves prove wrongdoing. Verification as malicious requires a separate evidence review.
Private evidence, public warnings
Reporting and submitting evidence are free. Raw report narratives, reporter identities and evidence images are not published in public search results. Public results use reviewed, limited information. Payment cannot change risk scores, buy verification or remove negative findings.
A check is one part of your decision
No Known Reports is not a guarantee of safety. Information can be incomplete or incorrect, and new threats may not have been reported. Confirm payment requests through a channel you independently trust. CyberShield JA does not guarantee recovery of money or provide an emergency service.
