How review works.

Community reports, public intelligence and malicious verification are different stages.

Reports are allegations

Reports start as private submissions. Review decides which limited facts may contribute to public intelligence, without publishing raw evidence or reporter identities.

Independent sources matter

Repeated submissions are not automatically independent evidence. Elevated Concern relies on reviewed independent sources; it is not a legal finding.

Verification is separate

Verified Malicious Indicator requires two distinct reviewers to attest supporting evidence and the exact indicator match. Payment or report volume cannot buy this finding.

Responses need review too

Verified account holders can submit a private response about a published report. A response does not automatically remove the report or change its risk status.
